SnapCount AI (“the App”) is an AI-powered bar inventory tool designed for bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and hospitality professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and what rights you have as a user.
By using SnapCount AI, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
Data We Collect
A. Account Information

Bottle brand, name, size, and category

Fill levels and count data

User-submitted adjustments

With your permission:

Shelf photos you capture with your device camera

Photos selected from your device library
Images are uploaded to Supabase (encrypted storage) and processed securely through OpenAI Vision. Images are neverused to train AI models.
D. Device Permissions
The app may request:

Camera access (to scan shelves and bottles)

Photo library access (to analyze existing images)

Network access (to sync inventory and perform AI processing)
No location data, contacts, or sensitive device information is collected.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:

5. Security Practices

SnapCount AI uses machine learning and may occasionally misidentify bottles or fill levels.

We may update, improve, or modify the app at any time. Downtime may occur during maintenance or upgrades.
