Thank you for working with After Dark, operated by MaCalicious Productions. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website (aliveafterdark.com) and the After Dark mobile application.

Digital Services (Venue Placement, Event Features, Advertising)
   •    Non-refundable once delivered. Because these services involve immediate listing, promotion, or ad placement, all sales are final once the service has been activated.
   •    Cancellations before activation may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at [Contact Support@AliveAfterDark.com) within 24 hours of purchase.

Subscription Services (if introduced in future)
   •    Recurring payments may be canceled at any time through your account or app store settings.
   •    Refunds for unused time are not provided unless required by local law.

App Store / Google Play Purchases

If you subscribed or made a purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are managed directly by those platforms in line with their policies.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds in special cases, such as:
   •    Duplicate charges caused by a technical error.
   •    Incorrect billing amounts.
